How do you get your kids involved in being a subject for you?

I have fought the off camera flash for too long. Now that I have a small understanding of how it works along with the newest version of the pocket wizards...well lets just say I am starting to have some fun. Here are some from last night. Flash mounted on stairs using justin clamp and also using flash on camera. The kids just being kids. Special effects added in Photoshop.

La Piazza on Larimer Square 2009

Italian Chalk Art. After photographing the Heart Walk I came upon the chalk drawings on Larimer Square. We will definitely not miss this going forward. Over 200 artists along the streets showing off their talents and artwork. Incredible!!! This is Stephani and she tied for 2nd place 'Best of Show'.

Mike's Camera is hosting a contest based on the drawings. You can win a trip for two to Paris so of course I am going to give it a try. Liked the angles in this photo and tried a HDR treatment on it for something a little different.
